The Centurion Aircraft Maintenance Tracking System (CamTracs) is a Windows based computer program designed to meet the maintenance recording requirements of the Federal and Civil Aviation Regulations as applicable. CamTracs provides positive and accurate control of those areas essential to any maintenance and inspection program. Maintenance Planning Data, Corrosion Prevention and Control, Supplemental Structural Inspections, Aging Aircraft, Repair Assessment and Life-Limited Part replacement are only a few examples of the many factors affecting customer aircraft that are managed within CamTracs. OPS planners continuously update and monitor customer aircraft utilizing the following CamTracs component modules. Aircraft and Engine Configuration Manager The Aircraft and Engine Configuration Manager screen provides an overview of the aircraft, engines and related components. Owners and/or operators will be entered and separated as a fleet within the CamTracs system. Aircraft being operated under the fleet name will then be entered accordingly. Airframe and engine information is then attached and displayed under the applicable aircraft heading. Installed components, whether on-condition or life-limited, are entered under the applicable airframe or engine. Maintenance Schedule Manager Airframe and engine maintenance programs are entered and controlled through the Maintenance Schedule Manager Maintenance Categories are listed under each maintenance schedule for separation of program requirements. Categories aid Centurion OPS planners when adding, deleting or revising information within the maintenance schedule. Aircraft Maintenance Due List The Aircraft Maintenance Due List screen provides a detailed listing and time remaining for all Maintenance Events due on a particular aircraft and/or engine, and can be filtered by Maintenance Category, Maintenance Event or customized depending on customer requirements. Aircraft Maintenance Event History The Aircraft Maintenance Event History generates the maintenance history of an airframe and/or engine. The event history screen can be produced for a single aircraft or engine or a customer fleet of aircraft and engines. The screen can also be filtered by Maintenance Category, Maintenance Event or customized depending on customer requirements. Aircraft Parts Status The Aircraft Part Status screen generates the maintenance history of airframe and/or engine components. Part(s) status can be produced for a single aircraft, engine or component or a customer fleet of aircraft, engines or components. The screen can also be filtered by Part Category, Part Number or customized depending on customer requirements. |
