02/09/2012 New! AD 2012-02-08
becomes effective March 13, 2012 and applies to certain Aviation Communication & Surveillance Systems (ACSS) Traffic Alert & Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) units. This AD requires a software upgrade within 36 months after March 13, 2012.

We have updated Appliance AD Status Reports to include this AD.....

11/10/2011 New! AD 2011-23-06
becomes effective November 21, 2011. This AD applies to certain Sicma Aero Seat passenger seat assemblies installed on but not limited to specific airplanes. This AD is likely Not Applicable to most of our operators but this should be verified and documented as such.

We have updated Appliance AD Status Reports to include this AD. We have also attached a work card to the Due List for documenting Determination of Applicability.....

11/10/2011   AD 2011-07-05
became effective May 6, 2011. This AD applies to certain Sicma Aero Seat passenger seat assemblies installed on but not limited to specific airplanes. This AD is likely Not Applicable to most of our operators but this should be verified and documented as such.

We have updated Appliance AD Status Reports to include this AD. We have also attached a work card to the Due List for documenting Determination of Applicability.....

10/28/2011   AD 2011-21-08
becomes effective November 23, 2011 and applies Sicma Aero Seat 88xx, 89xx, 90xx, 91xx, 92xx, 93xx, 95xx, and 96xx series passenger seat assemblies, installed on various transport category airplanes. This AD requires a general visual inspection of the backrest links having P/Ns 90-000200-104-1 and 90-000200-104-2, in accordance with Part One of Sicma Aero Seat Service Bulletin 90-25-013, Issue 4, dated March 19, 2004, including Annex 1, Issue 2, dated March 19, 2004: Before 6,000 flight hours on the backrest link since new Within 900 flight hours or 5 months after the effective date of this AD, whichever occurs later.

We have updated Appliance AD Status Reports to include this AD. We have also attached a work card to the Due List for documenting Determination of Applicability.....

08/03/2011   AD 2011-14-08
becomes effective August 10, 2011 and applies to certain B/E Aerospace Continuous Flow Oxygen Mask Assemblies installed on any aircraft except those specified in Paragraph (b) of the AD. This AD requires an inspection for and the replacement of the In-Line Flow Indicator on affected oxygen masks within 36 months after August 19, 2011 or within 6,500 hours time in service after August 19, 2011, whichever occurs first.

becomes effective August 1, 2011 and applies to certain Koito Industries, Ltd. Seats and seating systems installed on, but not limited to, airplanes manufactured by Airbus, Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Mitsubishi and Fokker. Each operator should determine the applicability of this Appliance AD to his aircraft.

becomes effective February 9, 2011 and applies to all aircraft and requires replacement of certain B/E Aerospace PBE units having P/N 119003-11 and a serial number from 003-50730M to 003-51329M inclusive. This AD must be complied with within 120 days after February 9, 2011. We have updated AD Status Reports to include this AD.....
