becomes effective March 14, 2011 and applies to all transport category airplanes, in passenger-carrying operations, that are equipped with any chemical oxygen generator installed in any lavatory, and are operating under 14CFR part 121 or US registered and operating under 14 CFR part 129, with a maximum passenger capacity of 20 or greater. This AD requires that on those applicable aircraft all chemical oxygen generators installed in any lavatory be expended or removed within 21 days after March 14, 2011. Although this AD will not apply to most of our operators, we felt it prudent to add this AD for accountability. Each operator should review this AD and enter the appropriate disposition in CAMMS.
