Current 737 ADs

02/09/2012 New! AD 2012-02-09
becomes effective March 13, 2012 and applies to Model 737-100, -200, -200C & -300 series airplanes as identified in SB 737-21A1132 Revision 3. This AD requires rework of those Environmental Control System (ECS) distribution ducts wrapped with BMS 8-39 or AMS 3570 polyurethane foam insulation within 72 months after March 13, 2012.

01/17/2012 New! AD 2011-27-03
becomes effective February 10, 2012 and applies to all Model 737 airplanes. This AD requires repetitive inspections, lubrication and overhaul and a one time modification of the Horizontal Stabilizer Trim Actuator (HSTA). Initial requirements are based on the last compliance dates of inspections, lubrication and overhaul of the Horizontal Stabilizer Trim Actuator (HSTA).

12/08/2011  AD 2011-24-12
becomes effective January 5, 2012 and supersedes AD 2010-01-09. This AD applies to B737-200, -200C, -300, -400 and -500 series airplanes and requires repetitive inspections for cracks at chem-milled steps in the fuselage crown skin at specified locations in accordance with SB 737-53A1301 Revision 2. The initial inspection varies by Service Bulletin grouping but for most of our operators is before 35,000 total flight cycles. We have updated AD Status Reports to include this AD.

11/10/2011  AD 2011-23-05
becomes effective November 16, 2011 and supersedes AD 2009-02-06R1. This AD applies to B737-300, -400 and -500 series airplanes and requires repetitive inspections for cracking of the 1.04 inch nominal diameter wire penetration hole in the frame and frame reinforcement between Stringers S-20 and S-21 in the forward cargo bay. The initial inspection is due before 30,000 total cycles or within 90 days from November 16, 2011, whichever occurs later.

06/24/2011  AD 2011-12-09
becomes effective July 15, 2011 and applies to B737-100, -200, -200C, -300, -400 and -500 series airplanes. This AD requires the installation of Fuel Pump Control Ground Fault Interrupters and a revision to the Maintenance Program by incorporating 28-AWL-22 (-300, 400, -500 Series) or 28-AWL-23 (-200 Series) within 60 months after July 15, 2011.

becomes effective March 14, 2011 and applies to B737-100, -200, -200C, -300, -400 and -500 series airplanes. This AD requires the installation of a Cabin Altitude Warning System and a revision to the AFM within 36 months after March 14, 2011 We have updated AD Status Reports to include this AD....

becomes effective March 25, 2011 and applies to B737-300, -400 and -500 series airplanes. This AD supersedes AD 2009-23-10 and requires an inspection for and replacement of certain outboard flap carriage spindles We have updated AD Status Reports to include this AD....

01/05/2011  AD 2010-25-06
becomes effective February 1, 2011 and applies to B737-200, -300, -400 and -500 series airplanes. This AD requires repetitive inspections of certain fuselage frames and stub beams at BS 616 and BS 639. For aircraft that have accumulated fewer than 55,000 cycles as of February 1, 2011 and have not yet inspected the BS 616 and BS 639 frames the initial inspection is due within 3,000 cycles after February 1, 2011. Repetitive inspections are not to exceed 4, 500 if a DVI inspection was accomplished or 9,000 cycles if a HFEC inspection was accomplished.....

01/05/2011  AD 2011-01-12
becomes effective February 9, 2011 supersedes AD 2008-21-03 and applies to B737-300, -400 and -500 series airplanes. Paragraph (g) of this AD requires repetitive inspections of the fuse pins of the inboard and outboard midspar fittings of the nacelle struts. Paragraph (h) of this AD requires replacement of P/N 311A1092-2 fuse pins with P/N 311A1092-3 fuse pins within 120 months after February 9, 2011.We have updated AD Status Reports to include this AD.....
